Software studio · Colombo, Sri Lanka
Software that fits the way you work.
We build custom web apps, mobile apps and business systems for growing companies, replacing the spreadsheets, paper records and disconnected tools your team has outgrown. You work directly with the engineers writing the code.

The studio
We're a Sri Lankan studio. Here's exactly what that means for you.
Hiring a team you can't walk into is a real risk, and pretending otherwise would be the fastest way to lose your trust. So instead of asking you to take our word for it, here is what we commit to in writing before any money changes hands.
- You own all of it
- Source code, database schemas, design files, repositories and credentials are yours from day one and handed over at the end. No licence to keep paying, no vendor lock-in, no leverage held over you.
- No middlemen, no subcontractors
- The people on your calls are the people writing your code. We do not resell the work to a cheaper agency, and we will tell you plainly when something is outside what we do well.
- Fixed scope, fixed price
- Every milestone is priced and agreed before work starts. If the scope changes, we re-quote it in the open rather than sending a larger invoice at the end of the month.
- Working software every two weeks
- You see something you can click and test at the end of every sprint, not a status report. If we are heading the wrong way, you find out in two weeks rather than four months.

Open 24/7 for calls & messages
Feel free to call, text, or WhatsApp us anytime. We accommodate teams across all global time zones.
Ask us for anything you'd ask a supplier down the road, such as incorporation documents, client references, or a video call with the engineers who'd actually be on your project.
What we build
Four kinds of problem we get called in to fix.
Most of our work starts the same way: something that used to be manageable on a spreadsheet stopped being manageable. Here is where that usually lands.
Digital presence & customer platforms
Be easier to find, trust and buy from.
Websites, portals and booking flows that make your business look as credible online as it is in person, making it simple for customers to actually reach you.
Custom business systems
Stop running the company on spreadsheets.
When the shared workbook, the paper file and the WhatsApp group stop holding it together, we replace them with one system shaped around how your team already works.
Workflow automation & integration
Stop doing the same task three times.
Approvals that chase themselves, data that moves between your tools without anyone re-typing it, and reminders that fire before something is forgotten.
Data, dashboards & applied AI
Know what is happening without asking around.
Your numbers pulled into one place, alerts when something looks wrong, and AI used where it genuinely helps rather than where it sounds impressive.
Don't take our word for it
Go and use something we built.
These aren't screenshots or a portfolio page. They're working software, running in your browser right now. Click into one and try to break it.
Client Portal
Submit a customer request, then switch to the admin view and move it through the pipeline.
Open the demoMobile Field Service
Dispatch a job, work offline, upload photo proof and collect a signature, then watch it sync.
Open the demoApproval Automation
Set multi-tier approval rules, trigger notifications, and read back the audit trail.

Live KPIs, exception alerts and the drill-downs a manager actually opens on a Monday.

What actually changes
A fairly ordinary Tuesday, before and after.
Before
After
A rep phones the office to ask whether an item is actually in stock. Someone opens a spreadsheet that was last saved on Friday.
The rep checks live stock on their phone before they finish the sentence. No call, no guessing.
A purchase request goes into a manager's inbox and sits there. Nobody knows it is waiting until someone chases it on Thursday.
The request routes to whoever can approve it and notifies them. Approved in four minutes, with a record of who approved what.
The same customer details get typed into three systems. One of the three gets a digit wrong.
Entered once, and every system that needs it already has it.
A manager builds a status update by messaging four people and waiting for replies.
The status update is a dashboard that was already correct before anyone asked.
How we work
Four steps, and you can stop after any of them.
Each phase ends with something concrete in your hands. If you decide not to continue, you keep what has been built and paid for so far.
- Step 1
Process audit
We sit with the people doing the work and map what actually happens, including the workarounds nobody documented.
You get: A written map of your workflow and where it leaks time.
- Step 2
Architecture & prototype
We design the system and build a clickable prototype before any production code is written.
You get: A prototype you can click through and a fixed build quote.
- Step 3
Phased build
Two-week sprints, each ending in software you can open and test. Direct access to the engineers throughout.
You get: Working software in your hands every fortnight.
- Step 4
Handover & support
Your team is trained, the documentation is written, and every repository and credential is transferred to you.
You get: Full ownership, documentation, and a support agreement if you want one.
The questions we always get
Answered plainly, before you have to ask.
It depends on the scope, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can promise is that you get a fixed price per milestone before that milestone starts, so you always know what the next invoice will be. If you would rather have a team on retainer than a project, we do that too. Either way, the number is agreed in advance and does not move unless you ask for something new.

Tell us about one thing that's slow.
Not a full brief: just the one process that eats the most time or goes wrong the most often. We'll reply with honest advice on whether software is even the right fix, and what it would take if it is.
